The Israeli gov't should be pleased by this turnover. The judge said - the UK Home Secretary has a responsibility to "protect the public" - by banning free speech? But not innocent Palestinians being bombed in Gaza?

There seems to be something very sinister about what's going on in UK justice - directed as it is by the UK gov't. Should the justice system be totally out the hands of gov't - in the hands of the People and juries?

JUDGE HID PLAN FROM THE JURY

Is this another example where a corruption spotlight shines on the justice system? The jury in the Filton 4 case were not told of gov't moves to brand the convicted as terrorists despite not being charged as such.
