No Confidence vote has landed on the French PM, bringing down the government. Parliament's Lower House was unhappy with the PM's austerity budget - being forced through without a vote. Err NON merci!

The French parliamentary system is quite different to the UK's. But like in the UK - it identifies all that is wrong in the current system. Do we need to sketch out a completely new system - a NON-Party system?
