The front line of the NHS is the local surgery.  Getting to see a doctor face to face is nearly impossible.  Money alone cannot correct for this poor performance and a radical rethink is necessary - BUT NOT A SALE!

THE EXTENT OF HARM IS MASSIVE

The Health Secretary says there will be sweeping changes as a result of the report.  Given what has been going on and over so long - these are hollow words.  Massive changes are needed throughout the NHS!
