Can you believe this notion the gov't has about homelessness? To say it's inhuman doesn't really cut it. Is it time for a total reassessment of who the People place in the office of Servant Administrators?

And - my thinking is - that solution won't come from councillors or the gov't. If it comes - and it must - it will be the People in the community that find and apply it. The problem is complex but it can be solved!

The number of people sleeping rough in England is above 300,000 and increasing. As a society we should not allow this to be. People shouldn't have to land on a beach to get a comfortable hotel B+B and phone.
