This is police evidence of the state going feral.  The college of policing are now making up the law and the priorites to be followed.  It partly explains why 95% of burglary crimes go unsolved.  Could we axe them?

The police are now so focused on hate no-crime events that only 5% of burglary crimes get solved.  It appears most crimes don't even get reported - as victims do not wish to waste their time doing so
