They become NON representative when they DON'T LISTEN. And they aren't! This alone makes them dispensable. The General Election is not expected to change much - but surely the BIG CHANGE is due.

Given the extent of the problem it's clear that police management allow this behaviour to go unchecked. There's no hope of it being eradicated from within. The police needs rebuilding from the outside.

Well, would we have any wars? Probably NO! Would community and family life get a boost? Probably YES! Add to the idea that voting in parliament was based on conscience and not party lines? Let's consider!
