There's been a jump in excess deaths from all causes - including heart attack. Despite reasoning the cause is due to a list of factors - there's a factor left out. The ommission is glaring! Why aren't they saying?

THEY ATTRACT THE WRONG TYPES

The poor level of vetting is almost a crime itself. The police have been recruiting criminals with records for sex offences and violent behaviour towards women. How can the system descend to such a state?
