GMC MOVES TO CUT FREEDOM - SPEECH

The British General Medical Council regulates doctors.  It tried to limit a doctor's expression of his truth in the High Court.  The GMC lost!  Now it is rewriting its codes to limit what doctors can freely speak about.

The way we do democracy fails the citizens - shown up here again, this time by the French leader's election.  Electing people by default - parties by a minority vote - is surely no way to run an intelligent society?

How is it that parliament attracts types who are clearly unfit to serve the people?   The MET police have the same issues.  Is it the POWER these positions appear to give these types that attracts them?
