What is really behind the police strategy of giving non-whites such a bad time - when there is no good reason? Is there some kind of reward scheme those in blue benefit from for doing what they do?

The truth is - as olders ones used to say - "You couldn't get a fag paper between them". At the end of the day there is little difference between any of the current politicians - and they only APPEAR to represent a democracy.

When someone doesn't come clean about something - unless they are not obliged to - then you can assume a cover-up. The gov't is obliged to and yet they won't come clean. This tells people all they need to know.
