The extent of gov't failure isn't clear - but thought to be much greater than currently obvious. Gov't is clearly overwhelmed and can't get to grips with the issue. On top - gov't is totally ignoring the people.

How interesting this is. Foreign students pay a fortune to study at Uni in the UK and this minister threatens to deport them - if! Whilst those arrive with nothing - do nothing - get looked after the way they are.

This judiciary decision - biased as it appears - is unlikely to help the gov't much. It's likely to stiffen opposition and energise further protest - and perhaps on a much wider scale. It could be a dead-end for gov't.

THE OVERTURN UNPICKED
This lawyer disagrees with the Court of Appeal decision about the Bell Hotel ruling. This is interesting - and tends to lend weight to the idea that the judiciary has been leant on - or let's say corrupted.
