A NEW NHS MODEL IS NEEDED!

A new NHS model is needed - for sure. The question is - what model should it be? There should be an open and wide discussion on the topic perhaps ending with a referendum. The model chosen would surely be better!

NO INCENTIVE FOR EFFICIENCY

There's just no incentive to calculate what things cost - since everything gets paid for and no questions asked. There's no incentive for economic efficiency. Does then the NHS need a complete rebuild - to survive?
