The UK gov't said it wouldn't be compulsory to have a "smart" meter - but have gone back on their word. Oddly, it appears energy companies KNEW before we did about the new legislation to force people to have them!

Lloyd's of London excludes from its insurance cover - it appears any claims caused by electromagnetic fields, electromagnetic radiation, electromagnetism, radio waves or noise.
