Absolutely, this is bonkers! As a society we should be helping these people with depression - not ushering them to the exit door. Why are they depressed anyway - is it the drugs they're given? There IS evidence!

The idea of assisted dying is a useful one in certain cases. Gov'ts - with few exceptions - have outlawed the practice until now. Now it's come into fashion. What could be behind the change? Should we be suspicious?
