The Swiss are well practicesed in the art of checking with citizens on how they feel about changes. The concept works well too. But it's funny that concept isn't replicated elsewhere in Europe. Very funny indeed!

One might ask - how could a justice system arrive at this place? Is it time then, for the People to redesign that system from the bottom up? The current system does have a feeling of nefarious purpose about it.
