Is this a triumph for madness - overcoming reasonable common sense? The whole of life is a risk - but if bureaucrats are allowed to control matters - they might apply the rule of CONSISTENCY - but they don't.

Is this bonkers or is this bonkers? When did the last person fall out the door of a moving train - was there one? Those that don't wish to take risks DON'T - and those that do, DO. We could be honest about risk in society!

The gov't plans to brand as "extremist" anyone who is opposed to democracy, the rule of law and individual liberty. But - given its clear opposition to these values - doesn't that make the gov't an extremist organisation?

Anyone would have to judge this kind of control of people as totally insane. If the people behind making this innocent and passive behaviour are not insane themselves, then they must be signed up to 1984.
