The police most certainly do follow orders from the gov't - rather than the People. If the People had a formal voice - all dystopian behaviour would be reversed. Question - how can this be made to happen?

If it wasn't bad enough - the need to have police in schools - what are they doing by pulling them out? Is it a 'problem now solved'? Doubtful. What if we take a long expansive look at the problems. Debate it?

It is important society has rules of engagement to deal with matters like this one. And it's right that police can be found guilty if they fail to comply. This case was supported by the CPS - but it failed in court.
