This problem has arisen on the back of organised crime. The bigger problem is that society has been lazy about dealing with waste. Reduction and Recycling are both key to the intelligent solution needed.

How a gov't can bang on about the things it does - when in 2022 this still happens - is proof the gov't is itself  wasted.  Pollution of our waters with sewage is unforgiveable!  People Power can change this - it has to!
