And it does because it is our opinion - not the gov't's.  They are just paid contractors to serve the People.  But, how often does public opinion actually change things?  Rarely as it turns out - and that is the problem.

This man has just had a nose job done on the NHS.  Did he jump the queue to get it?  Could he - should he - have gone private?  Tens of thousands are on the waiting lists but he gets priority.  Why is that?
