A Grown-Up Intelligent Society - GUIS - would never dream of this behaviour. Nothing would be produced without the recycling issue firmly bolted on. But our society is not GUIS. But people could make this happen.

The state has had long enough to correct this problem and hasn't.  Is it now time for the People to step up and arrest control of such issues - since the gov'nt has failed?  Is it time for People to take responsibility?

Corporations and gov'ts have not solved this problem - seas of plastic waste and people scratching an existence by sorting it.  Isn't time for people to step up and take-over?  It's our planet after all - isn't it?

This man is on a mission to clear the plastic polution from beaches.  What if we joined him in a People Power campaign to rid ourselves of this plague - once and for all - starting with the causes of this polution?

OK - SO WHAT'S TO BE DONE?

We only have a plastic problem because people are happy in the status quo. The people can change this in an instant once the people realise it is they who decide. Remember how quick plastic bags went?
