A discussion needs to be had about world population - the increasing numbers and reducing resources. The thing is - solutions being enacted by the WEF through gov'ts have totally the wrong feel about them.

China's population is shrinking - despite a recent increase in births - the first in 7rs. The gov't has tried to persuade people to be patriotic - ie reproduce - but perhaps people are now used to small families?
