The UK's Met Office - a gov't department that predicts weather and climate - refuses to answer any more questions from this man. Why the lack of transparency - what are they hiding? Quite a lot - it appears?

THEY JUST DON'T LOOK RIGHT!

If the gov't says - as it has - it is not manipulating the weather - that will tell so many that IT IS. And if it is - then that could explain what people have seen in Scottish skies. Transparency would kill all this stuff.
