The subject of Our Awakening is being talked about in an increasing number of circles. It’s not exactly known why – but it’s possible there is some form of deep inner knowing that people are becoming aware of.

We can see there are at least three forms of Awakening being talked about and none of them are talked about in the mainstream media. If they are, they appear as just fleeting commentaries – possibly used as a litmus test.

The first of the three forms, refers to the many different lies and injustices now being uncovered in ever-increasing numbers. There is a myriad of different topics, ranging from what some people used to refer to as unproved Conspiracy Theories, to the availability of free and clean energy. They include the wrongful incarceration of whistleblowers and the real strategies behind the latest outbreak of war in the Holy Land. The reality of these stories is becoming more widely known now – and by so many.

The second form refers to a growing belief that the way the world has been operating is no longer sustainable – and we say that in the widest possible sense. The whole capitalist structure, the globalisation of trade and services, the unfairness to people due to where they live and the eternal pursuit of profit – treated as a God by so many – is now almost over. We wouldn’t think so if we believed the mainstream media, since these channels only ever enforce belief in these structures. Many are becoming certain the whole world is reaching an imminent tipping point.

The third form refers to something which many would describe as spiritual. In many ways this type of awakening is the best of all possible awakenings and places forms one and two in the shade. It is possible that form three – if it’s real – only becomes possible after we attain the first two.

In this second debate about Our Awakening, we will look at all three.

The purpose of this debate is to gain and share as many different insights and viewpoints as possible. We can expect these perspectives to test our sense of what could be possible - in a world where we have all become so much more interested in charting a new path. The process is exciting.

That process is about sharing, agreeing and then putting into practice what we believe is an intelligent way forward. It’s about people like you and us - the people who care deeply about truth, fairness and well-being for all. It’s all about our lives today and tomorrow - and the lives of our children!

Finally, one may think it's a strange thing to occur - the community coming together to debate something which is never in the domain of government. From many people's perspectives, we now need to invent a new way of living - which potentially requires a more philosophical approach to solving many of the world’s problems. It’s actually seen as too large a task for just 650 representative SMPs in Westminster to deal with alone.
